After learning about the products presented in the reading and myeducationkit.com information, I have come to the realization that there are more ways to use the devices in your class than what I mentioned in the previous post. The television can be used to watch interviews with people such as Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, who present their knowledge in live interviews. This directly relates to what the course is teaching. Also, the computer can reference online articles from Forbes 500 and other technology related articles.
Ethics will be taught in this classroom through an instructional video made by my previous students. Behaving ethically mean abiding to classroom rules and follow all the behavior statuses demonstrated in the video. If the video is too vague to fully understand, there is a classroom ethics code contract that must be signed at the beginning of the semester. This outlines what is acceptable and not acceptable and explains the punishment given for disobeying these rules.
